OK, maybe that headline is a bit of an exaggeration but, now that I've seen everything that's opening this holiday season and a good deal of stuff that isn't opening until January, I can say that this is the most consistent holiday movie season I can remember. Other than "New Year's Eve," which I'm conveniently blacking out on, there are no terrible movies. A lot of what I've seen is better than I'd hoped (starting with "Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol").
